Hi, I’m Amanda—a Montana-born Doctor of Physical Therapy with a mission: to help people stay well before they get hurt. Since earning my doctorate from the University of Montana in 2006 (go Griz!), I’ve spent nearly two decades helping my fellow Montanans move better, feel stronger, and live pain-free lives.

But here’s the thing—I’ve always believed physical therapy shouldn’t just be about fixing injuries. What if we could stop them from happening in the first place? That passion sparked Shine PT + Wellness, where I bring proactive wellness, injury prevention, and ergonomic expertise to small businesses that care deeply about their people.

Whether I’m working hands-on with clients in Anaconda or  supporting companies across the country, my goal is simple: create healthier workplaces where employees feel valued, energized, and loyal—and where businesses thrive because of it.

When I’m not helping teams shine, I’m chasing after my own team: my husband Kyle, our three kids, and our two hilariously stubborn English Bulldogs. We love camping, golf, volleyball, lake days, powder runs, and cheering from the sidelines at every sport you can think of.
